Prateek possesses over 10 years of experience in the fields of judicial review litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration. His practice is centered on high-value disputes often involving an international element. Prateek has led representation and advisory for clients in high-stakes complex corporate and commercial disputes.
Prateek is an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and has represented parties before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, the Bombay High Court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as well as the National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai and Chennai.
He has experience in advising clients from a wide variety of industry sectors, including insurance, banking & finance, oil & gas, construction as well as media & entertainment.
Before founding EPA Law Offices, Prateek spent six years at Chambers-Asia ranked litigation and disputes practice of a leading Indian law firm. Four out of these six years were spent in Mumbai where Prateek established and led his own team of advocates working on some of the most significant cases to have come before Mumbai courts and tribunals in recent years.
Corporate clients include National Insurance Company Limited, Dish TV India Limited, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, ANRA Technologies Private Limited and Triune Group.
