EP Advocates successfully represented Triune Energy Services Private Limited in a civil suit connected with an employment agreement and claims of alleged unlawful termination. The civil court agreed with our client on all issues and dismissed the suit in a judgment upholding our client's arguments. Arguments were led by Prateek Mishra (Principal) and Mohit Kumar (Counsel).

EP Advocates advised Dish TV India Limited, an Operational Creditor, through the course of insolvency proceedings of Shop CJ Network Private Limited at NCLT Mumbai. The client was successful in recovering operational dues as a part of the CIRP process. We successfully represented the client before NCLT in its application to bring the claim on record, and later advised and represented the client with respect to the CoC meetings.

EP Advocates recently advised the Financial Creditors of Engineering Professional Company Private Limited in connection with the insolvency of the Corporate Debtor before NCLT Ahmedabad. We assisted the Financial Creditors with respect to the CoC proceedings and helped the parties reach a settlement leading to withdrawal of the insolvency proceedings.
